As me and Sophie workied on the brand report together, we was always carrying out research looking for Sophia's highest competetors. And also having many tutorials with Fran she suggested that we took a look at Charlotte Olympia. Looking at Charlottes shoes, they are much like Sophia's, but charlotte tends to play on the customer more making them more personal for example, she has starsign shoes, she has cat charecter shoes, she presents in a way which makes you want to 'buy into' what she is creating, buying into the lifestyle she is creating, whereas Sophia is still very like that but her shoes are more about personality and trying to show youre own sense of style with her shoes. Sophie has really expressed this within our brand report and my creative direction backs up her points, Charlottes price points are also very similar to Sophia's. And Charlotte is very much already out there loud and proud with her consumers whereas Sophia is still trying to find hers, but shes doing a good job, JLO was wearing her shoes the other day.. Shout out!!

 

Charlotte is also very seasonal, she alreay had a christmas range out, thinking about all her consumers and target market looking for a pair of sparkly shoes for christmas, shes cleaver.
